Having an education in information technology, consulting and working with fortune 500 companies, I decided to leave that behind, put my head down and start cleaning public schools as a Custodian. Part of me always wanted to just have a simple, physically active job but it wasn't long before my analytical and logical mind started looking into my present occupation.
I joined this ecosystem of public education where I learned a lot about the social structure as well as the departmental relationships of various positions within the school system. I leared about workload distribution, flaws in the system, failures in certain situations and about communal workload efficiencies. Having worked at 16 different schools, ranging from kindergarten to grade 12, I am in a unique position to share the information that I've obtained with the hopes of improving our public school systems.
